Val runs 'You Can Heal Your Life' workshops and study groups, based on the philosophy of internationally acclaimed author and teacher Louise Hay.

Workshops

Workshops give participants an intense format enabling them to move through a lot of material in a short time. People will look deeply into themselves to allow them to break through the layers of old and negative conditioning and find the beauty and love inside. Louise Hay believes that we are all meant to live a life filled with love, laughter, prosperity and radiant health. This course speeds up the process of attaining these life-enhancing goals.

Study groups

For those who prefer to take in and process infromation at a slower rate, the eight-week 'Heal Your Life and Achieve Your Dreams' study group allows just that. Participants can join together on a regular basis in the day or evening to experience the energy and support of a group whill they learn the basics of Louise Hay's life-enhancing philosophy. Groups can also choose to join together for their own intensive two-day workshop.
